koko7 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the koko7 online gaming platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, customer support, and any other features or content made available through koko7.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the koko7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

To register and use koko7, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active koko7 account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods – is strictly prohibited. If koko7 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited at koko7's sole discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your koko7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. koko7 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat or email. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact koko7 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, koko7 will require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your koko7 account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect. koko7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which koko7 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. koko7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. koko7 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). koko7 does not apply currency conversion fees for Philippine Peso transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own banks or payment providers.

koko7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

koko7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

5.3 Promotion Availability

koko7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-specific restrictions. koko7's decision on all promotional matters is final.

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the koko7 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of koko7 services.

koko7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your koko7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit koko7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

koko7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with koko7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

koko7 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and koko7 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

koko7 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

koko7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of koko7, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting koko7's customer support team. koko7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. koko7 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR oversight.
